Design and Display

The OnePlus Nord N30 SE 5G comes in a flat frame design with a rounded-rectangular camera island on the back housing two cutouts and an LED flash. Meanwhile, this phone ships in two colorways. The first of which is “Cyan Sparkle” with unique feathery patterns on the back. In contrast, the “Black Satin” variant comes in a single-tone glossy finish.

Up front, you get an LTPS LCD panel that measures 6.72 inches diagonally. The display here is surrounded by a sizable amount of bezels. However, it does come with an FHD+ resolution spanning 1,080 x 2,400 pixels. The company shies from mentioning the refresh rate of the phone, which would suggest that it just runs on a minimal 60Hz. Other than that, it supports Sunshine Screen, Dark Mode, Eye Comfort, and DC Dimming.

Performance

Under the hood, the OnePlus Nord N30 SE 5G packs the Media Tek Dimensity 6020 chipset that launched back in March 2023. Talking of this silicone, it has eight cores, is built on 7nm technology, and peaks at 2.2 GHz.

Moving on to the RAM-ROM combo, this phone comes in a single 4GB + 128GB configuration. Moreover, you have to make do with what internal storage you get as you don’t have an SD card slot on this phone. On the software front, the OnePlus Nord N20 SE 5G runs on the OxygenOS 13.1 based on Android 13.

Camera and the rest

In the camera department, this phone leads with the 50MP primary shooter on the back with a 1/2.76” sensor size. It is coupled with a 2MP depth camera helping out with portrait shots. Meanwhile, on the front, we are getting an 8MP snapper for selfies and facial recognition.

You also get a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for added security. In the meantime, the OnePlus Nord N30 SE 5G draws its power from a 5,000 mAh battery that accepts 33W SUPERVOOC charging. Additionally, this phone offers wireless connectivity via dual SIM, 5G cellular, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.3, and NFC support. On the other hand, you only get a USB 2.0 Type-C for a wired connection.
